How long is Air Force Basic Military Training?

Air Force BMT is approximately 7.5 weeks (52 days from ship Monday to graduation Thursday). Every cohort ships on a Monday and graduates on a Thursday at JBSA-Lackland in San Antonio, TX. Your trainee's ship Monday is the official Air Force basic training start date. The Wednesday before graduation is the Coin Ceremony; the Thursday parade is the formal graduation.
